We make no warranties or guarantees regarding any usage or performance of these goods.  We make no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, dyeability, washability, shrinkage, colorfastness, flame retardency or any other aftermarket process.  Customer has sole responsibility to ensure goods are fit for customer’s specific intended usage.

DEFECTS:
We are not liable for any defects in, or damages resulting from, the use of these goods. All goods sold "AS IS".  Damages limited solely to the cost of the trimming supplied.

CLAIMS:
All claims must be in writing and made within 5 days of receipt of goods.  All returns subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

RETURNS:
Must be pre-approved with company issued Return Authorization number.  No goods accepted for return once altered or changed in any way.
