We do not offer free shipping.
We primarily ship via UPS Ground. You may use your own shipping service, kindly provide your shipping account number when purchasing.

All claims must be in writing and made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

PRICE POINTS and ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS:
We understand the realities of producing garments and staying within a budget. If you need to be at a specific price point, don't be shy, let us know and we will do our very best to work with you. Many times in our large local inventory we'll have closeout or very similar alternative items, at just the price you need. In addition, we have numerous sources of trims worldwide, so put us to work on your behalf, to find the perfect trim at the perfect price!
